Ana Stefanica Andronic is a young artist with an unexhaused well of imagination. Her works have constructed linear architectural characters; bold, rigid or light, straight or undulatory, lyrical or ironic. Ana Andronic’s work draws attention to the problems of our time. The loss of healthy habits, excesses of all kinds or the danger of the order of things. The result is almost always a vortex, a sea of signs, an invented geography, with strange crevices and heights to match, with powers unleashed in waterfalls which dig deep fjordes, but also with necessary areas of calm and quietness.

She was born in 1981 and is a graduate (Department of Graphics -2016) of the National University of Art in Bucharest, Romania. Her works were exhibited in prestigious gallery all over the country and abroad. They were appreciated by the public and critics. She was also present at artistic experiments carried out in Germany and Romania and exhibited her works at art fairs, such as Art Safari 2014 in Bucharest or the Contemporary Art Ruhr in Essen, Germany. Ana Andronic has carried out decorative art pieces and institution headquarters pieces, for example for the very first CineCafe (Senso). Since 2014 she is also a member of the graphics department of U.A.P. (Association of fine artists). She is graphic designer who tries She is a graphic designer who attempts to find and shape the predominantly positive aspects of the information flows that are part of today’s value system. With her imagination that uses the melodicity, flexibility, expressivity of line and the undeniable advantages of color, the artist sometimes distances herself from the ordinary, accompanied by echoes, whispers, words, expressions, fractals, details, clouds and storms, wings and butterflies, real or fantastic creatures, alongside whom she contemplates reflows of knowledge and history. We could even find temptations of a predictable future in the linear paths or colorful surfaces logically deducted from the continuous movement that ignores gravity and allows the signs the opportunity to levitate. Metamorphoses are not only possible, but even probable. Ana Andronic’s passion has no self-imposed limits, no limits that can’t be overcome.
